The Ministry of Foreign Affaires has the honour to inform the Embassy that with effect from April, 1, 2001, the Ministry of Foreign Affaires is authorized to issue and stamp form A certificates of origin required under GSP.

The specimen stamps which are applied on these certificates of origin is as indicated hereunder:
