IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. When the Customs authoriry which has qranted the approval deems it neccessary. photoqraphs or diaqrams authenticated by that authoricy, shall be attached to the approval certificate. The number of those documents shall then be inserted by the Customs authority, under item No.6 of the certificate.
2. The certificate shall be kept the means of transport.
3. Means of transport shall be produced every years, for the purposes of inspection and of renewal of approval to the customs office of the reqion where the owner or user is established or resident.
4. If means of transport no lonqer complies with the technical condititons prescribed for its approval, it shall, before it can be used for the transport of under Customs seal, be restored to the condititon which had justfied its approval.
5. If the essential characteristics of transport are chanqed, means of transport shall cease to be covered by approval and shall be reapproved by Customs authority before it can used for transport of qoods under Customs seal.
